Circuit training is a form of conditioning combining resistance training and high-intensity aerobics. It is designed to be easy to follow and target strength building as well as muscular endurance.
Our classes are fun and as hard as you want them to be! A workout for your whole body with a carefully set out program that will increase your fitness levels and help with your sporting activities.
Whatever your level of fitness, whether you're a top athlete or merely a beginner, you can all work together in the same training session. Work at your own pace within each activity and workout-station. An excellent way to meet new friends and get into a routine for life!
