What is Boxercise?
Boxercise is a fantastically fun exercise class based on boxing training principles. It is a pad focused workout incorporating a proven style of boxing training, creating a highly effective fitness class suitable for everybody.
Boxercise allows participants to attend a boxing style class without the pressure of sparring, Boxercise is purely a non-confrontational class and no sparring is involved, just lots of fun!
Boxercise comprises pad work with many different types of exercises to ensure you burn lots of body fat, tone every muscle in your body in record time, all while having a great time!
Suited to all levels of fitness. Make friends and get fit at the same time!
