What is Bootcamp?

Our Bootcamp training combines running, interval training, and many other exercises using weights and/or body weight to lose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength, and help you get into a routine of regular exercise.

Our Bootcamps are fun, friendly with team orientated exercises that get results! Our classes are run both indoor in our brand new group training facility and outdoors on site at Gullivers in our pleasant grassed area surroundings.

Our Bootcamps provide a different environment for exercisers who need a change of routine and need something different to “kick start” your training, whether it be for fun or fitness, our Bootcamps are for you!

Classes only $10.00 for casual visits and SAVE! SAVE! SAVE! by becoming a member for a low membership fee which includes Bootcamp
